Study Review Committee

The Plan steering committee will meet at five key intervals during the planning process. The committee will provide decision-making guidance, help communicate with corridor stakeholders, review key items prior to distribution, support data gathering and ensure the Study is compatible with existing plans and policies.

July 12-13 Meetings

The Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization and City of Bismarck are reaching out to corridor property owners, businesses, the community, and others to envision how Bismarck’s E Main Ave. corridor can best serve everyone in 2045.  Study limits include E Main Ave. from 7th St. to 26th St. Study topics include traffic, walking, biking, transit, and development opportunities.

A final round of meetings will present alternative approaches to improving the corridor.  We need your input on preferred improvements.  The first day (November 30) is an open house catered to property owners and business operators.  The second day (December 1) is a workshop catered to the community and all others interested in the study.
